Your account can be assigned a permanent PIN that you can use from anywhere to access our system. If you don’t want to be limited to calling only from registered numbers you can always use this option. Calls made using your PIN will appear on your online bill just like calls made from a registered phone number.

Q: Am I required to make any arrangements with my current long distance carrier when I sign up for Telx Access Number service?

A: No. Telx services can be used in conjunction with other long distance services. When you dial your local Telx access number, you are choosing to place a call on our network. You are not charged any connection or network fees and your rate stays the same regardless of time of day or call duration.

Q: How can I check my balance?

A:You can call (416)628-5252 from your registered calling station and listen to your balance or you can log in into MyBill and see your balance that way.

Q: Are there any contracts or agreements to sign?

A: No. You are not required to sign any contracts or agreements to use Telx’s Acess Number service.

Q: Do I need a special phone to use Telx’s Acess Number service?

A:No. You do not require a special phone or additional equipment of any kind. As long as the phone you are using has Touch Tone service, you are ready to use our service.
