The seller is irresponsible and dishonest.
I ordered two devices. One device comes in not working condition. Both devices are in terrible physical shape, the scratches over all of them.

It looks like they come from a liquidation scrapyard.

The seller did not return the money for the defective and unusable device. Here you can find our correspondence.

We’re able to verify on our end that the case was alreadt closed. Having said that, cannot re-open it on our end. Nonetheless, what we can still do is to notify your selller and kindly informed them that you accidentally closed the case and you still wanted to proceed with your return case. Moreover, take that opportunity to also relay to them a thorough reason for the claim and what resolution you are aiming for. Also, please do extend your patience with them as our sellers do have multiple transactions that they’re handling. I am confident that they can consider this request and this be sorted out for you as soon as possible.

Repairing , if possible, will cost you. But, I will try to open a damaged case.
