Caller ID Block:

This feature allows your phone number to be hidden from a Caller ID service. To use this feature, pick up receiver, dial * (Star key) followed by 67 and proceed to dial your call as normal.

Voice Mail:

Voice Mail is a centralized system of managing telephone messages. It mimics the functions of an answering machine, but uses a centralized server rather than equipment at the individual telephone.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting helps you avoid missing important callers when you’re taking another call by alerting you when an additional call comes through. You can either accept the second incoming call or let it to go straight to voice mail. Call Waiting works with Caller ID so you can see who’s calling you before you decide to interrupt your first call.

Call Waiting Alerts

Call Waiting alerts you to incoming calls by sounding a distinct tone. To switch to new call press Flash button, this puts the original caller on hold and connects the second caller. To switch back to the first call, simply press Flash again.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding is a feature that allows the automatic redirection of all incoming calls to another phone number. With Call Forwarding you can answer your phone from another line, like your cell phone or office. You no longer need to give multiple phone numbers at which you can be reached – simply forward all your calls to a number where you’re staying.

Call Transfer

Call Transfer is a feature that allows redirecting incoming phone calls to a different number at any time during conversation.

Call Recording

Call Recording this feature allows you to record your phone calls and have them sent to your email.

Three Way Calling

Three Way Calling this feature allows connecting an additional participant to an existing conversation.

E-mail Delivery of Voice Mail

This feature allows you to check and listen to your messages through e-mail. Receive all Voice Mail as an e-mail attachment wav file sent to your personal address. You can save, store and forward them, like any other email.

Additional Phone Numbers

With TelPhone you can select additional phone numbers from different area codes or toll-free numbers all attached to the same phone line. When anyone calls your Additional Number, your main line will ring. Additional numbers can have different area codes allowing more people to call you locally.

To access your Voice Mail from your phone
  • Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Dial 1111 and press a pound key ‘#’ or dial “00 + your full number”

  • Dial your password – by default it is last four digits of your phone number. Please change your password as soon as possible

To access your Voice Mail from another phone
  • Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Dial your full phone number

  • Wait until you hear your voice message

  • Press * (star) at any time during recorded message

  • Dial your password

To use Call Transfer feature
  • Press ## (Pound key twice) at any time during conversation

  • Listen for ‘TRANSFER’ voice message

  • Enter full phone number, with area code, where you wish to redirect call

  • Hang up

To use Attended Call Transfer feature
  • Press * (Star key) followed by 2 at any time during conversation

  • Listen for ‘TRANSFER’ voice message and dialtone followed

  • Enter full phone number, with area code, where you wish to redirect call

  • When third party answers, hang up to complete the Transfer

Restrict Caller ID on all outbound calls
  • For activation – Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Press * (Star key) followed by 65 and press *

  • For deactivation Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Press * (Star key) followed by 85 and press *

To activate Call Forwarding
  • Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Press * (Star key) followed by 5 and then input the phone number you wish to forward your calls to followed by the #(Pound key)

    If you have Office PBX Press * (Star key) followed by 68 and then input the phone number you wish to forward your calls to followed by the #(Pound key)

  • Wait for break of connection tone and hang up

To deactivate Call Forwarding
  • Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Press * (Star key) followed by 5#

    If you have Office PBX press * (Star key) followed by 88#

  • Hang up

To add a participant to a call
  • At any time during a phone conversation press Conference button

  • Listen for dial tone

  • Enter full phone number or extension of additional participant

  • Wait for additional participant to pick up

  • Press Conference to connect all participants

If your phone doesn’t have Conference button
  • Press Flash (or Hook Flash for old model phone) to get a dial tone

  • Dial *23 followed by number of extension of additional participant then push #

  • Wait for additional participant to pick up

  • Press Flash (or Hook Flash for old model phone) to connect all participants

To record a phone call
  • Lift receiver and wait for the tone

  • Enter full phone number, with area code, where you wish to call
